What can Wax Crew provide for a conference?
Sound and lights from our DJ package: music for arrivals, breaks and networking, plus lights for the stage and the party afterwards. You can plug your own laptop or phone into the sound system, e.g. for walk-on music or audio from a presentation. Tell us what your programme needs, and we'll tell you what we can cover.
How much do sound and a DJ for a conference cost?
DKK 5,000 for 2 hours, DKK 6,000 for 4 hours, DKK 8,000 for 6 hours and DKK 10,000 for 8 hours, incl. VAT, setup and transport within 30 km of Copenhagen.
Can you also handle the party after the conference?
Yes. Many clients keep the same sound system in place, so the afternoon networking music turns into a proper party in the evening — with no extra setup.
