We agree on the running order for the evening with you in advance. During dinner you can play background music from your phone through our sound system, and once the King's New Year speech is over and the table's cleared, the DJ takes over. We keep an eye on the clock, so the countdown and the first track of the new year land right on the beat.

How much does a DJ cost in Copenhagen?
At Wax Crew, a DJ with sound system and lights costs DKK 5,000 for 2 hours, DKK 6,000 for 4 hours, DKK 8,000 for 6 hours and DKK 10,000 for 8 hours. Photo and social media video can be added for DKK 1,200 per hour.
When does the DJ arrive?
The equipment is set up and tested at least 45 minutes before start, so everything is ready before your guests arrive. Setup and pack-down are not part of the paid hours — you only pay for actual playing time.
How many guests is the package suitable for?
The sound and lights in the package are sized for parties and events of up to 150 guests. If you're more than that, drop us a line and we'll find a solution.
